Álvaro González-Alorda is professor and Director of the Innovation Department at ISEM Fashion Business School, Associate Professor at Instituto de Empresa and other business schools. In the last five years he has focused his research and his consulting activity on developing a methodology to launch transformation and innovation processes in companies, by adjusting the business model to cope with instability in the market.

Álvaro González-Alorda holds a degree in Communications from University of Navarre and a PDD from IESE Business School. He has also carried out research work at Harvard Business School. He currently works with IESE professor Luis Huete delivering seminars and advising companies on innovation and transformation.[/expand]
