Wolfgang Knell is an expert in energy market liberalization in Europe and the strategic choices and opportunities. His focus is to develop strategies and transformation processes for his clients in the context of the liberalization of Europe’s gas and power markets. He is the author of two books on environmental issues including energy management and market opportunities. Before joining CERA, Wolfgang Knell was a Senior Manager with Arthur D. Little International, Inc., where he was concerned with utility reorganization, strategic assessments of markets, mergers and acquisitions, applied technology opportunities, and business strategies.
