Mads Ryder is one of Denmark’s most renowned managers. In December 2015 he was elected Member of the Board of Directors atBallingsløv International and in 2013 he joined premium fashion group IC Group as their CEO.From 2009 to 2013 he served as CEO and President of Royal Copenhagen, one of Denmark’s historical and superior manufacturers of hand-painted porcelain founded in 1775.In addition, he served as a Non-Executive Board Member of Jensen’s Bøfhus and MLA Gruppen.

Mads holds a Master of Business Law from Aarhus University.
