A proven and powerful forecaster on the global economy
He has become the global philosopher among futurists, as much in the limelight with worldwide corporations as he is a calming influence among leading politicians. He served as a presidential appointee in the John F. Kennedy administration and as a special assistant to President Lyndon Johnson. Since the global success of Megatrends and the 12 books that followed, he has travelled around the globe several times a year and has spoken to almost all the major corporations of the world. He is the recipient of 17 honorary doctorates in the humanities, technology and science.[/expand]
With his articulate and inspiring message, John has become the global philosopher among futurists. John Naisbitt’s goal is to help his audience to step back from short term disruptions, alternating favoured business theories and practices and create a picture of the fundamental restructuring that is taking place in the world today. A sense of the near future allows us to create and communicate a vision, based on the demands and needs to come.[/expand]
