Curt Coffman is an independent researcher, business scientist, New York Times best selling author, speaker and consultant for many of today’s leading organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Partner of The Coffman Organization. Previously, he spent over 22 years at The Gallup Organization and was the Global Practice Leader for employee and customer engagement consulting. He also serves as Executive Fellow at The Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver. He has consulted with many Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and his work spans the Western Hemisphere, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
