Henrik Sylvan is an expert on mobility strategies and large investment projects from designing and planning to the execution phase. He has made successful mobility plans for the 6 largest cities in Denmark and advises public and private organisations in Europe such as the EU-Commission on Smart City Innovation, infrastructure and regional development.
