Associate Fellow at RUSI and Chairman of Strategic Intelligentia

Barak Seener is an Associate fellow at Royal United Services Institute and a security expert and founder of Strategic Intelligentia which brings together the private sector, policy establishment and third sector to provide opportunities to invest and do business in existing and emerging markets, especially the MENA region. Over the years he has debriefed international defence and security policy makers and diplomats on matters relating to the Middle East. He has also provided analysis and expert commentary for a range of international broadcasters including the Associated Press, Al-Jazeera, BBC, CNN and Sky News, among others.

He holds a Masters from Birkbeck College, University of London in International Security and Global Governance and a BA in History and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London. He has also been published extensively having written on transatlantic relations, universal jurisdiction, nuclear proliferation and Middle East issues. [/expand]
