Larry KingLarry King is an Emmy award winning talk show host. He has been working in the radio and television broadcasting industry for over fifty years, twenty five of which he spent hosting his nightly show Larry King Live on CNN. In that time he has received numerous awards and accolades for his work as an interviewer, including the prestigious Peabody Award for Excellence in broadcasting which he has won twice, once for radio and once for his television show. Other awards include a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Golden Mike Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Larry King Live became the first international TV call-in show. He developed a loyal audience who tuned in to watch the talk show host interview presidents, athletes, actors, national heroes, foreign dignitaries among others. The show soon became the highest-rated talk show on air, and a requisite stopover for celebrities plugging any project. King’s direct, non-confrontational interview style has proven to be a hit with audiences and guests alike. King has also used his show as a portal for other fundraising events, including the support of disaster reliefs. In 2010, King announced he’d be ending his reign as host of the CNN talk show after 25 years.[/expand]
