Ralph Ardill, Bsc(Hons), Msc, is one of the world’s leading authorities on brand transformation and has consulted to some of the world’s leading brands, including Carlsberg, Ford, Ericsson, Coca-Cola, Hiscox, Sky and CBRE. He is an accomplished writer, speaker and consultant and in 1995 wrote one of the seminal books on Experiential Branding – simply entitled ‘Experience’ and was author of a master-class on Experience Design for the UK Design Council.
