He divides his time between enhancing the performance management / people development skills of business leaders and preparing another batch of athletes for the Rio 2016 Paralympics. Former Grand Prix Winner
Johnny Herbert is widely recognised as one of the greatest all-round racing drivers in the history of motorsport. Throughout his incredible career in F1, he was at the forefront of the sport, testing himself against some true greats. In his decade in F1, one of his most successful results was winning the 1995 British Grand Prix. He competed for a number of different teams and was a popular face on the circuit.

Cricket Legend, Author & Entrepreneur
Allan Lamb’s impressive international cricketing career, spanning the decade 1982-92, included 79 test matches for England and 128 One Day Internationals. He captained England three times against the West Indies and Australia and captained Northampton CC from 1989 to 1994. Allan scored 4654 test runs with 14 centuries and 33502 first class runs, scoring 89 first class hundreds. Allan retired from cricket in 1995 and has set up his own company Allan Lamb Associates, a corporate hospitality, sports marketing and travel company.

Marc Woods’ had his left leg amputated due to cancer when he was just seventeen years old, however just 18 months after he finished his chemotherapy he was selected to represent Great Britain’s swimming team at the Seoul Paralympics. First Female Winner of Paris-Dakar Rally (2001)
Jutta Kleinschmidt is the most successful woman rally driver ever, “the Dakar Queen”. She created motor sport history with her triumphant victory in the 2001 Paris-Dakar Rally and, at the same time, blew away the myth that men are the best drivers. Since then, awards and honours have poured in for the charismatic German driver. She has become a motor sport icon and has changed the face of this male dominated sport.

Triple Dakar Rally Champion
Cyril Despres is the three times Dakar Rally Champion in the bike category. After 14 stages and almost 10,000km he hailed his 3rd win as particularly satisfying, perhaps because rather than being the result of circumstances it was the fruit of many months of preparation and hard work. Cyril’s 2nd Dakar victory in 2007 was one of the proudest of his career, after overcoming a catalogue of problems to emerge victorious. Cyril lay only 24th after three stages of the event following an oil leak, engine problems and a broken clutch, and got lost for 15 minutes during the second week.
