Andy Müller-Maguhn
Co-Founder of Chaos Computer Club
Andy Müller-Maguhn is a member of the Chaos Computer Club since 1986 and is researching the development of communication technology and their impact and interaction on social, cultural, economic and political processes as well as the so called “real live”. Since 2002 Andy operates an office building under the name “Datenreisebuero” (Data Travel Agency) that included spaces for projects, workshops and small conferences. Since 2004 he is also on the advisory board of the institute for Risk & Fraud Management of the private Steinbeiss University.

From 2000 till 2003 Andy was the European internet-users elected director on the board of ICANN. For a better enforcement of human rights in the digital age, he was one of the founding members of the EDRI-Organisation (European Digitals Rights) and worked as a member of the board. After many years in the CCC as a project manager, speaker and member of the board he globalised himself in the mid 90er for a decade on working on Internet Development and related issues.[/expand]
Having achieved a long term experience in the handling of electronic networks, questions of infrastructure policies and technologies, security aspects and in-depth-studies of the digital ocean Andy consults and advises a variety of organisations, projects and entities from very different areas on the use of electronic communication tools and related questions.[/expand]
