Lévy gained renown for his documentary film about the Bosnian conflict, Bosna! after starting his career as a war reporter for Combat. He has undertaken several diplomatic missions for the French government and has travelled to the world’s most troubled areas. In 2008, Lévy received an honorary doctorate from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and in December 2009, Foreign Policy magazine ranked him 31st among the “100 Top Global Thinkers.”[/expand]
