Humphrey Walters
Expert on Leadership Management and the Business of Winning
Humphrey Walters is a leadership and team building guru who was brought in by Clive Woodward in 1997 to use his winning business principles to improve the performance of the England Rugby team. Woodward credited Walters with helping to bring back the World Cup in 2003 and engaged him again in the build-up to the Lions tour in 2005.

Humphrey founded Inspirational Development Consulting (IDC), a subsidiary of MaST, his original training and development company, in 1999. Humphrey also works with Clive Woodward and the England rugby team, and IDC have helped such diverse organisations as the England Netball team, as well as a number of football clubs. IDC is also a commercial partner to Sandhurst Military Academy and provides leadership and team building training for the “best of the best”.[/expand]
